专利说明:
BOTTOM AND PANTS OR CYCLING SHORT WITH BOTTOM, HAVING A HIGH VENTILATION SURFACE AND A LOW COEFFICIENT OF FRICTION, PROVIDED WITH MICROCAPSULES The present invention relates to a bottom and trousers or cycling shorts with bottom, having a high ventilation surface and a low coefficient of friction provided with microcapsules. Application domain The invention finds a particular application in the field of the manufacture of protective elements, for pants and cycling shorts or cycling shorts, and for finished garments thus obtained, to be applied inside thereof, without however, to exclude alternative uses and in any case in all types of technical clothing where it is necessary to protect the inguinal and peri-inguinal part of the body. In the usual practice of cycling, whether as an amateur or professional, redness and skin irritation are quite common, localized for most of them in the inguinal and peri-inguinal part of the body, since, despite the technical clothing, whether pants or shorts, during the pedaling exercise, these parts are required and irritated in support on the rigid surface of the saddle. From a practical point of view, the pedaling exercise has the defect of transmitting the imperfections of the ground, soliciting in a repetitive and indirect way the relative parts of the body. Added to this is the fact that the temperatures, detected in the inguinal and peringuinal zone, are normally higher than the Conventional, such a phenomenon mainly promotes exudation, and therefore a possibility of appearing more frequently redness and irritation, sometimes with significant cutaneous lesions, because of the major friction that is created by the contact in direct friction between the skin and the technical garment. This provides the need for a padding, with a generically protective function, which comes between the skin of the inguinal and peri-inguinal area and the technical clothing consisting of shorts or pants. This padding, provided mostly with a particular composition and layered material, shaped curvature that extends from the pubic area to the coccyx, and a camber, usually identifies as the bottom and goes to stabilize with respect to the garment on the inner side, by coupling it to the fabric that composes the garment in correspondence with the crotch. Originally, among the most popular materials, suede leather was used which was pre-assembled with open-cell plastics or thermoplastics, which had a particular curved geometry and was then stitched in correspondence with the crotch. Over the years, the evolution of materials and the need to reduce production costs, while improving the comfort of the user, have been at the root of various solutions. State of the art [0004] Patent US5271101 (Speth et al.) Suggests a bottom for cyclist's cycling shorts intended to adapt to the anatomical figure of the cyclist. Similar to the previous ones, the known cycling shorts are provided with padding to cushion the blows and vibrations transmitted by the saddle of the bicycle. Cycling shorts are also designed to remove moisture from the body, to allow freedom of movement and to limit friction and its effects to acceptable levels. [0005] The Ultimate Short bike shorts produced by Bike Nashbar of Youngstown, Ohio, have a bottom comprising layers of UltrasuedeTM, expanded polyurethane, and an outer layer of polyurethane. UltrasuedeTM is a synthetic buff material manufactured by DuPont of Wilmington, Delaware. Other biker shorts manufactured by Nashbar feature a two-layer chamois and include layers of polyurethane foam, terry cloth, or fleece. In US4961233 (Black), there is provided a thermoformed chamois of UltrasuedeTM lamé and a polyester mesh fleece which are assembled by means of an adhesive. The shorts obtained in this way have the advantage of being simple and inexpensive to manufacture. In addition, they provide a correct anatomical adaptation for a better comfort of the cyclist. [0007] The cyclist's cycling shorts include a body part and a pant liner which is united to the inner surface of the body part of the shorts. The liner comprises a seat pad and a plurality of raised demarcation lines specifically located such that the liner adapts to the anatomical profile of the cyclist in the racing position on a bicycle saddle. The body portion of the leg straps has an opening for the waistband and two leg openings that allow the person to insert one leg through each opening and reinstall the leg straps in the use position. The panty covering covers the buttock area, the perineal area, and extends upward into the pelvic frontal lower zone of the person who has donned the shorts. The liner is attached to the cycling shorts by seaming or lamination of the liner to the inner surface of the body portion. The plurality of embossed boundary lines on the pavement include demarcation lines, generally arranged longitudinally, which extend through the peri-facial coverage area so that the folds of the pavement are along the boundary lines. longitudinal and that there is a better fit between the legs of the person wearing the garment. The liner further has generally arcuate transverse demarcation lines disposed in the lower pelvic coverage area so that the liner flexes along these demarcation lines and more effectively envelops the pelvic lower pelvic area since the pelvic area. anterior to the posterior part. The lining of the shorts is constituted by a thermoformed shaped bottom, which comprises: a back layer with an inner surface and an outer surface, said back layer being generally configured to cover the buttocks, the perineal and pelvic lower regions of the cyclist; padding with foam lamination corresponding to the shape of said backing layer and attached to the inner surface of said backing layer; a coating layer superimposed on said foam pad and assembling with a peripheral edge of said backing layer, said coating layer being placed on the side of the cyclist's body; a plurality of demarcation lines formed integrally in relief, disposed through said coating layer, said raised lines forming a plurality of grooves in said extended layer so that said coating curves along said grooves fit from the an anatomical view of the cyclist's body to reduce abrasion in a cycling position; the backing layer comprises a piece of nylon material that can be attached to the cycling shorts. The padding is an open-cell polyurethane foam. The surface layer is a polyester / nylon blend. [0009] European patent EP0643929 (Tanaka) proposes a garment for the protection of the hip and crotch articulation, particularly for cycling, motorcycling and horse riding excursions. It consists of a main body having leg portions, each of the leg portions terminating in a profile which, during use, is under the user's hip joint area; and protective padding which, during use, extends from the crotch area of the person to at least one area under the hip joints, in the direction of the edges of the leg portions . The protective padding includes a base pad that provides a non-woven fabric or flexible open-cell polyurethane foam, and a cushioning pad for said base pad that includes a mesh or fabric. In this case, the protective padding is sewn inside the main body or the garment and comprises a nonwoven fabric having an apparent density of 0.05-0.09g / cm3, or consists of a polyurethane foam flexible open cell having an apparent density of 0.02-0.09g / cm3. According to one of the predictions, the base padding may also comprise a non-woven fabric or an open-cell flexible polyurethane foam with at least the first side laminated with a mesh or fabric, and wherein the padding is formed without sewn part and does not appear on the surface. The padding will unite with the thermoadhesive coating and be printed three-dimensionally to conform to the shape of the inguinal and peri-inguinal area of the person's body. European patent EP1269873 (Maier) describes a bib for cyclists, with a protective insert for body parts that remain in contact with the saddle of the bicycle. The innovative insert, to obtain its perfect adaptation to the cyclist's movements and eliminate all the abrasions that touch the skin, is composed of a base layer of expanded material, above which is assembled an elastic fabric in all directions , on the side directly in contact with the body of the user. The base layer is made of expanded gum, where the fabric is preferably obtained using elastomeric fibers which have an elongation capacity of greater than 5%. Patent IT2000U000035 (Coccia) suggests a protective element structure particularly for cycling shorts similar to the previous ones. The structure of the protection element is constituted by a support made of a bielastic material, or able to allow its elongation in more than equally orthogonal planes. The carrier has an elasticity of up to 30-40% and may be a fabric eg. lycra with microfibres. The support is united with an open-cell, high-density bielastic padding. The bielastic padding has a density of between 55 Kg / m3 and 95 Kg / m3. It preferably has a density equal to 65 Kg / m3. The thickness is between 5 mm and 12 mm, with a preferential use of 10 mm. The bielastic padding is applied only in correspondence with the seat points of the saddle. The bielastic padding consists of a first central element which is located in correspondence with the tangent on the ideal curved line of the superselection. On the transverse ends of the central element are placed, with the interposition of flat areas and previously a second element and subsequently, a pair of third elements. The third elements are specular with respect to a longitudinal mean plane of the bielastic padding and are subdivided in them from a second flat area lying on the longitudinal mean plane. The bielastic padding and the support in question are united by means of a high frequency technique or thermoforming or ultrasound. The gummy polymers are known and are produced via anionic polymerization and can be assembled with tin halides or silicone halides to improve the characteristics of the rubber for use in certain applications. An example of application of said material is identified in patent GB2411816 (Speedo), where a technical garment is described, particularly a swimsuit whose panel in correspondence with the forearm is coated locally with a series of protuberances made of gummy polymer. State of the art closer to the invention The patent ITMI2007A000557 (Sparco) which refers to a glove, is not a public patent application, however it should be remembered that the patent application referring to a glove to improve comfort and grip where the surface external support material corresponding to the palm of the hand, is provided locally with an area with protuberances consisting of conical microcapsules shaped volcano or cylindrical, made of non-rigid thermoplastic material or elastomers or both, with on the top a slightly concave depression also provided with holes. From what has been stated above, it should be taken into account the existence of: a) a background; (b) a technical garment, cycling pants or cycling shorts with a bottom in correspondence with the inner surface and which covers the buttocks area, the perineal area, and extends upward into the lower pelvic frontal area of the person who wears trousers or shorts; c) the bottom consisting essentially of: a backing layer with an inner surface and an outer surface, said backing layer being generally configured to cover the buttocks, the perineal and pelvic lower area of the cyclist; padding with polyurethane foam lamination corresponding to the shape of said backing layer and attached to the inner surface of said backing layer; a cover layer superimposed on said foam pad and uniting with a peripheral edge of said backing layer, said cover layer being placed in contact with the body of the cyclist; in correspondence with or above the cover layer is a plurality of peripherally formed reliefs which distinguish the butt area from the front portion of the bottom, forming therebetween a plurality of channels in said cover layer. d) A technical garment provided with an area with protuberances in the form of conical or cylindrical microcapsules, made of non-rigid thermoplastic material or elastomers or both, with on the top a depression also provided with a hole. disadvantages The solutions described above have, according to the applicant, some disadvantages. In particular, the solutions described do not seem to satisfy optimally the requirements of the most attentive cyclist who requires maximum comfort, especially under conditions of particular stress of the skin. The permanent contact of the body, even if it is reduced to certain parts in relief of the bottom due to the fact that it is in any case uniform surfaces since they are essentially flat, reduces the possibility that the skin is correctly aerated to promote exudation. In the same way, during the pedaling exercise, always because of the contact of the skin with shaped reliefs provided with uniform surfaces, a friction necessarily occurs with the reasonable possibility that the skin stress develops. From what has been seen above, it is appropriate to consider the need for industry companies to individualize innovative solutions at least able to minimize the detected problems just mentioned. Summary of the invention These and other objects are achieved by the present invention according to the features detailed in the appended claims, solving the problems exposed by means of a bottom and pants or cycling shorts comprising a bottom, having a high aeration surface and a low coefficient of friction, of the type comprising: - a backing layer with an inner surface and an outer surface, said backing layer being generally configured to cover the buttocks, perineal and pelvic lower areas cyclist; a padding with polyurethane foam lamination corresponding to the shape of said backing layer and united on one side to the inner surface of said backing layer, on the other to a possible layer of coating and support; at least one layer formed in relief which is obtained by forming at least said backing layer or by being superposed and joined to said backing layer, said layer formed in relief being stuck to the body of the cyclist and distinguishing the buttock area from the anterior peripheral parts; lateral and posterior of the bottom, forming therebetween a plurality of channels in said cover layer; where, in correspondence with the relief-formed layer or the relief-formed layer and at least a portion of the backing layer, or the relief-formed layer in correspondence with the backing-layer coupling interface there are protrusions of the type conical or cylindrical microcapsules in the form of a volcano, made of a non-rigid thermoplastic material or elastomers or both, with on the top a depression also provided with a hole. Goals This achieves, thanks to the considerable creative input whose effect is an immediate and significant technical progress, various objectives remarkable. A first objective was to obtain a background capable of providing greater comfort to the cyclist. This is due to the presence of microcapsules, which, being elastically flexible and recovering their shape when they are not solicited, allow better adaptation of the bottom surfaces to the multiple and subjective anatomical conformations of the body in question, these supporting both directly and indirectly. By intervening on the density of the material, the distribution, the quantity and the size of the microcapsules, it is possible moreover, to freely vary the configuration of the surfaces of support of the bottom, by obtaining areas which can be locally more or less rigid compared to others also contiguous. Therefore, where the skin is thinner, it will be possible to intervene with a greater flexibility of the bearing surface compared to others, where the greater thickness allows a better damping of blows and vibrations during the pedaling exercise. A second objective is to facilitate aeration and reduce the friction of the skin with the bottom. The materials used today for the manufacture of the funds allow of course to have some exchange, however, because the body parts are almost uniformly supported on locally flat surfaces, the exudation is major. With equal surface area, the use of microcapsules allows a significant reduction in the area of exposure of the bottom relative to the skin of the cyclist, favoring a slight separation from the base surface and between the microcapsules, with spaces through which circulates a flow of air. This phenomenon reduces exudation and therefore, in addition to being more comfortable, contributes to significantly reducing skin stress. In conclusion, these and other advantages, have the non-negligible feature of providing a bottom and pants or shorts with bottom, provided with a good technological content. These and other advantages will appear in the detailed detailed description of some preferred embodiments of the drawings using schematic drawings whose details of execution should not be considered as limiting but only and exclusively as exemplary. Content of the drawings Figure 1 is a top view of a first background hypothesis where the microcapsules are obtained in correspondence with the relevant area of the layers formed in relief, so in correspondence with the body of the user; Figure 2 is a top view of a second background hypothesis where the microcapsules are obtained in correspondence with the coupling interface of the layers formed in relief with respect to the backing layer; Figure 3 is a top view of a third bottom hypothesis where microcapsules are obtained in correspondence with the surface of the relevant backing layer of mating with raised layers; Figure 4 is a top view of a fourth bottom hypothesis with microcapsules obtained over the entire surface in contact with the body of the user; Finally, Figure 5 is a top view and enlarged microcapsules only. Practical execution of the invention The present invention refers to a bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d and pants or shorts, not shown, provided with said bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d. More particularly, each bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d, seen in plan is presented with a rear part 101 of wide plan with a perimetral profile of semicircular shape, united through a central assembly portion 102 which concerns the camber, at an anterior part 103 which ends in a profile also semicircular but of smaller diameter than that of the posterior part 101. Each bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d has, in correspondence with the side located in front of the body of the cyclist, a back layer 100 with an inner surface 101 and an outer surface 102 shaped, said back layer 100 being configured in general to cover the biker's pelvic, perineal and inferior pelvic areas. The backing layer 100 is united with the inner surface 101 to a padding 110 comprising a laminating for example of polyurethane foam corresponding to the shape of said backing layer 100, which padding 100 is united with the lower interface to a possible layer , superficial and support, not shown. On the outer surface 102 of the back layer 100 of the bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d, there are 121 relief layers 121, 122 of 123 type united to a support layer 120 which is superimposed on the outer surface 102 of the backing layer 100. In an alternative solution, raised layers 121, 122e 123 are obtained directly on the outer surface 102 of the backing layer 100 of the bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d, without the interposition of the backing layer. 120. Two layers formed in relief, respectively 121 and 122 plan views, are almost in the form of a drop and are obtained, in correspondence with the posterior portion 101 of the bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d, one of side and specular to each other with the apex facing the front portion 103 of the bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d. The raised layers 121, 122 are detached from each other so as to leave between them a longitudinal and rectilinear channel 130 which coincides with the longitudinal axis of the bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d. In this way, each relief-formed layer 121 and 122 is located in the rear portion 101 which locally concerns the two distinct support zones of the buttocks, respectively right and left. The third relief-formed layer 123 is disposed in front of the first two 121 and 122 respectively originating from the central portion 102 of the bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d and is projected towards the front portion 103 of the bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d. The relief-formed layer 123 is in a horseshoe configuration, where the central portion concerns a rectilinear channel 131 closed at the bottom, in axis with the longitudinal rectilinear channel 130. The three layers formed in relief, 121, 122 and 123 are assembled above the support layer 120, which in turn in the relevant areas of the superposition of the raised layers 121, 122 and 123 can generate elevations 124 which protrude peripherally with respect to each of the layers formed in relief 121, 122 and 123. In the solution of Figure 1, the bottom 10a has protrusions consisting of conical or cylindrical microcapsules 140, perpendicular, in the form of a volcano, made of non-rigid thermoplastic material or elastomers or both, with on the a concave depression, also provided with a hole 141. Said microcapsules 140 are distributed uniformly, in correspondence with the entire surface located opposite the cyclist body, the support layer 120 and the raised layers 121, 122, 123 and 124. In the solution of Figure 2, the bottom 10b has the same protuberances as those of the previous figure, constituted by conical or cylindrical microcapsules 140, which are obtained in correspondence with the interface 125 of coupling of the layer 120 of the relief-formed layers 121, 122, 123 relative to the backing layer 100. In the solution of Figure 3, the bottom 10c has protuberances constituted by conical or cylindrical microcapsules 140, placed locally in correspondence with the coupling interface of the back layer 100 relative to the support layer 120 . Finally, in the solution of Figure 4, the protuberances consist of conical or cylindrical microcapsules 140, are obtained over the entire surface in contact with the body of the cyclist, the bottom 10d. The bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d is united with cycling pants or cycling shorts, not shown. More particularly, the cycling pants or cycling shorts provide the bottom 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d united in correspondence with the inner surface of the trousers or shorts in correspondence with the crotch, and which covers the buttocks area, the perineal area, and extends upward into the lower pelvic frontal area of the person who has donned the pants or the shorts. Key 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d bottom 101 rear part 102 central and union part 103 front part 100 back layer 101 inner surface 102 outer surface 110 padding 121,122e 123 layers formed in relief 120 backing layer 130 longitudinal and straight channel 131 rectilinear channel closed at the bottom 124 elevations 140 conical or cylindrical microcapsules 141 hole 125 interface of the coupling support layer 103 interface of the coupling back layer.
